Description:

Through theory assignments and practical experiments, students will investigate the fundamentals of electricity, electrical circuits, and wiring diagrams. Studies will then be expanded to include design features, materials, and operating principles of modern automotive electrical systems. Students will learn how to find information concerning the location and testing of manufacturer's specifications in written and electronic form. Students will learn the proper use of test equipment, how test information is gathered and used to determine customers' needs and effective repair procedures.
