This course is designed to introduce students to the proper use of the tools and equipment found in the automotive repair industry. Tool and equipment training will include: shop safety, hoists and lifting devices, 5 gas analyzers, battery chargers and testers, scanners, lab scopes, smoke machines, DVOM's, basic hand tools, diagnostic equipment and air conditioning tools. This will enhance the skills of the student upon entering the workplace with the ability to utilize the latest technology in diagnostic equipment.
