This course will develop your visual awareness and drawing ability through observation and discussion of basic human anatomy, using your anatomical reference, the studio skeleton, and the live artist's model. Studies in this course will enable you to accurately render the figure in two dimensions using a variety of drawing media. Emphasis is placed on using visual reference as a guide to accurately render the figure using the elements of proportion, shape, form, line and space.
