Description:

Upon successful completion of this course the apprentice will be able to demonstrate an understanding of general safety practices and operating principles of the use of Oxy-acetylene cutting and Shielded Metal Arc Welding and apply them in the use of the related equipment. They will be able to demonstrate basic cutting and welding of non-structural construction components such as metal door frames, anchor bolts and rebar.
