This postgraduate capstone course enables students to identify and address a significant gap in mental health or addiction services within their current agency. Through independent, practice-based projects, students will apply evidence-based methods and relevant theoretical frameworks to design, implement, and evaluate a program or service enhancement. The course emphasizes ethical, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and inclusive practice, as well as real-world application of knowledge. By integrating academic learning with workplace experience, students will develop practical solutions that improve service delivery and client outcomes.
