Description:

This course introduces you to professional radio, television, video and film production techniques, processes and protocols. Your industry "networking" will begin as you observe a variety of productions and interact with crew members. Through this interaction, you will begin to understand the working relationship between talent and production crews and develop an appreciation for the technical aspects of production. As you learn to use basic video production equipment in studio and field environments, you will create short projects that allow you to discover interests or potential talents you may have in "behind the camera" roles.
