You will cover topics such as master and flexible budgets, standard costs and overhead analysis, variable and absorption costing, segment reporting, reporting for control, the study of relevant costs and revenues, analysis of management control systems, capital budgeting, and performance measurement techniques. You will also use microcomputer spreadsheet applications to cover these topics.
