The objective of this course is to develop professional competence and skills that will enable students to discuss the requirements of audit and assurance. Students will develop the technical knowledge of issues in audit and assurance, the ability to identify the interests of both internal and external clients, and the ability to apply a systematic risk-based methodology in planning an assurance engagement.
