Description:

In this course, you will study managerial accounting concepts and principles as they pertain to management and managers in all departments of a business. Its focus is on reporting manufacturing activities and the application of manufacturing management principles. You will be introduced to such topics of study as, cost allocation, performance and control measures, cost-volume-profit analysis, master budgets and analysis for planning and decision making.
