College flags have been lowered in memory of student Joshua Williams, who passed away suddenly on August 16.

Joshua, 25, was a student in the Police Foundations program. He had recently completed level 2 during the Spring 2019 term and was expected to resume his studies in September.

Niagara College extends its deepest condolences to Joshua’s family, friends, classmates and faculty.

Relatives and friends will be received at Bocchinfuso Funeral Home in Thorold (2 Regent St.) on Wednesday, August 21  from 1-4 p.m. and 7-9  p.m., and Thursday, August 22 from 10-11 a.m.  The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 22 at 11 a.m. at the Bocchinfuso Funeral Home chapel. Following the service, there will be a celebration of life at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 17, (3 Ormond St. South) in Thorold.
