Policy Purpose

Niagara College (NC) believes in the importance of recognizing and celebrating the skills, expertise, and experience of its employees, whose excellence supports college goals and enriches college life. Awards of Excellence (AOE) are presented annually to one individual from each of the administrative, faculty, and support staff employee groups, and to one team of college employees. This policy identifies the processes by which the Awards of Excellence are administered.
