Reporting Hate and/or Racism
In person
- Students
- Please contact the Student Rights and Responsibilities Office to make an appointment by emailing at [email protected].
- Employees
- Please visit the Human Resources Office at Lundy 121 at the Welland Campus.
- You can also call or email your HR Consultant to make an appointment. If you are unsure who your HR Consultant is, you can use the drop down menu on the HR Contact page to find them.
- Visitors
- Please visit the Campus Security Office in S120 at the Welland Campus or W110A at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus.
Online
- If you are a student or an employee and you witness or experience any incidents of hate or racism at Niagara College, you may report it confidentially through NC’s online reporting form. If you choose this approach, you can ask that your report be forwarded anonymously to the investigating department.
- Campus visitors or guests can report incidents of hate or racism by emailing the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Team at [email protected], in person at Campus Security or by completing the visitor online reporting form. If you choose this approach, you can ask that your report be forwarded anonymously to the investigating department.
- Please note, if you or someone else is in immediate danger, you can call emergency services at 911 or Campus Security at (905) 735-2211 ext. 6999.
