For many people, buying a home is one of the largest investments they will ever make, which is why more and more potential home buyers are procuring the services of Home Inspectors. It is estimated that approximately 60% of resale homes in North America are inspected prior to sale/contract closures. Home Inspectors provide a consulting service that assists home buyers to make informed decisions about their potential new home prior to their purchase.
