Tea provides an extensive range of tastes and flavours ready to complement and enhance any cuisine. Explore the various nuances of tea as an ingredient in avenues such as cooking, baking and cocktails. Understand the principles behind using tea beyond its traditional uses. Learn how to pair tea with food and create a tea menu. TEA 107 (through the Tea and Herbal Association of Canada) is considered an equivalency.
