New! From Tea Garden to Tea Cup
This course is designed to introduce students to advance cultivation and processing practices used in the production of tea. The importance and impact of various processing decisions on the produced tea will be emphasized, providing the student an essential perspective on modern tea garden management practices currently used in the world production. Students gain the essential knowledge and overview of processing and practices which are utilized in various regions of the world. TEA 105 (through the Tea and Herbal Association of Canada) is considered an equivalency.
