Comfort Food with Chef Littlejohn
In this course, students will tackle variations of recipes for easy casseroles, and lasagnas. Students will use their knowledge of comfort food dishes and learn new ways to prepare and create new meal ideas. Students will understand the basics of making a casserole and layered dishes while understanding how to utilize different ingredients to create something delicious.
