Food Preparation - Advanced
In this course, you will prepare short order and breakfast items including eggs, omelettes, pancakes, waffles, and French toast. You will also learn how to cook pasta and rice. You will have the opportunity to bake pastry dough, tea biscuits, muffins and yeast dough. Additionally, you will learn to prepare salads and salad dressings that are colourful, appealing, and nutritious.
