Discussion on packaging process considerations such as bottle, can, keg step wise filling operations, high speed vs craft options, crowning, and seaming. Equipment involved in packaging line layouts. Quality concerns - how to deal with dissolved oxygen, TPO, quality, and problem areas. Cleaning - "how to guide" on cleaning and maintaining packaging lines & filling equipment.
