Parking Enforcement occurring on our campuses (including the student residences) is subject to an enacted Bylaw of the Municipality in which the campus is located. When a vehicle is involved in an infraction the owner/operator will be issued a fine in the form of a parking ticket.
Infractions are issued by a Municipal Bylaw Officer – not Niagara College.
