{"id":345,"date":"2019-07-25T16:00:16","date_gmt":"2019-07-25T20:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.niagaracollege.ca\/nursing\/?page_id=345"},"modified":"2024-04-18T16:51:39","modified_gmt":"2024-04-18T20:51:39","slug":"programcompletion","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.niagaracollege.ca\/nursing\/programcompletion\/","title":{"rendered":"Requests for Verification of Program Completion"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<div class=\"row \">\n<div class=\"columns large-6 small-12 medium-12 \">\n<h4>Where to send your request:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>To have verifications of program completion sent to assessment agencies and\/or regulatory bodies such as National Nursing Assessment Services (NNAS) or College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), please send your requests to <a href=\"mailto:ProgVerification@niagaracollege.ca\">ProgVerification@niagaracollege.ca<\/a> or mail to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Niagara College Canada<br \/>\nInternational Division, S100<br \/>\n100 Niagara College Boulevard<br \/>\nWelland ON L3C 7L3<br \/>\nC\/O School of Nursing and PSW Studies AH 147<br \/>\nNursing Program Verification<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4>You will need to include the following:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"check-list\">\n<li>Student number<\/li>\n<li>Contact information (e.g., email, phone number, mailing address)<\/li>\n<li>Signed copy of NNAS application (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Signed copy of CNO VCC (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Signed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.niagaracollege.ca\/transcripts\">transcript request form<\/a> if you are not sending an NNAS Application<\/li>\n<li>Detailed instructions about the information you need sent on your behalf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>If you require additional proof of language proficiency you can do the following:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"check-list\">\n<li>If you have written any of the College\u2019s approved language proficiency tests (CELBAN, IELTS, TOEFL) within the last two years, please request that the official test results be mailed directly to the NNAS\/CNO.<\/li>\n<li>Ask for a reference from an employer or someone who can provide an evaluation of your language abilities in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
