Program Highlights

  • Students broadcast and stream a LIVE weekly TV magazine show in conjunction with Radio & TV Presentation students
  • Students produce their own programming in a TV studio, shoot and edit on industry standard equipment and use digital audio recording and production equipment
  • Facilities include a high definition (HD) mobile TV production truck and a fully HD television studio
  • Television production students also have access to film and radio specialty spaces such as a sound mixing theatre and an automated radio on-air production studio
  • Students complete 7 weeks of field placement in the broadcast industry
  • Television Production graduates are successfully working in sports, news and entertainment productions across Canada
