Your Academic Advisor is available to guide and support you as you progress toward graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Academic Advisors can:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-check\">\n<li>Provide specific information about your program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect you with additional college supports, and provide tips for academic success (including Peer Tutoring and Academic Support Workshops)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess and discuss your academic progress and standing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with understanding Niagara College policies and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help you establish realistic educational goals and future planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide guidance for successful progression towards graduation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When should I see an Academic Advisor?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-arrows\">\n<li>You\u2019re interested in changing programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re looking to withdraw from your program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You require an individualized academic plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You want to know more about your options after you have completed your program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\r\n  \r\n  \r\n    \r\n    <a class=\"btn medium\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.niagaracollege.ca\/advising\/find\/\"  target=\"_blank\" ><i class=\"fa-classic fa-solid fa-magnifying-glass\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i>Find Your Academic Advisor<\/a>\r\n\r\n  \r\n  \n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\r\n<div class=\"alert ileft\">\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"alert-inner\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>: If you are an international student, you will meet with an International Student Advisor (ISA) instead of an Academic Advisor for your academic and transition needs.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International Student Advisors (ISAs)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>International Student Advisors support Niagara College\u2019s international students throughout their entire student journey &#8211; from arrival in Canada to graduation.
