She holds a Master of International Development, a Master of Education in TESL, and a Bachelor of Education.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2009, she has served at Niagara College, coordinating EAP and ELCP programs, leading international curriculum initiatives (Be World Ready and KSA), and building strong community partnerships. Her work earned her the President&#8217;s Award for Innovation in Student Learning and Success and the Dream Big Lightboard Innovation grant.
