Staff announcement: Academic and Liberal Studies welcomes full-time Science professor Nicholas Vesprini

Nicholas Vesprini joins the School of Academic and Liberal Studies as a full-time Science professor.

Academic and Liberal Studies is pleased to welcome the following new staff to our team:

Nicholas Vesprini, Science professor

Nicholas Vesprini started his teaching career at Niagara College in 2012 and has also held teaching positions at Brock University for over 10 years.

He holds a Bachelor of Science and a PhD in Neurobiology from Brock University. His PhD looked at vitamin A’s role in neural regeneration, specifically looking at the electrical and structural change of neurons. Nick has also held a research role at the University of Toronto studying retinal regeneration.

Nicholas is very excited to take on the full-time Science professor position in the Pre-Health programs within the Liberal Studies department.
