A June 27 article by the Toronto Star and the three Niagara dailies (the St. Catharines Standard, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) reported on a partnership between Niagara College and Hoseo University in South Korea on artificial intelligence research.
The partnership will support NC’s photonics program that is working on technology that could indicate when a volcano will erupt, help the agricultural industry gather specific information about the condition of lands, even provide visually impaired individuals a better understanding of the world around them.
