An April 10 article in the Niagara dailies (the St. Catharines Standard, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) and Niagara this Week reported on the NC business students annual Raising the Roof Tuque fundraising campaign to end homelessness.
More than 350 students in the program sold tuques beginning in late January as a part of the professional sales course and by the time the project wrapped up five weeks later, more than 1,000 tuques had been sold, raising close to $40,000.
NC professor, Monique Finley and Business and Management Associate Dean, April Tyrrell were quoted in the article.
