In an April 2 article, the Peterborough Examiner and the three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Standard, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) reported on a strike by developmental service workers at Community Living Port-Colborne-Wainfleet prompted by an on-going staffing crises.
The article notes that a partnership was formed in the past with Niagara College to recruit qualified graduates.
