Be World Ready is seeking the NC community’s support to help our Dominican Republic International Field Study participants Pack for a Purpose this week.
Alongside student participants, Be World Ready will be collecting donations of community requested school supplies until February 22 to share with our partner in the Dominican Republic as part of the Pack for a Purpose initiative. The list of requested school supplies has been generated through a consultative process with local community partners and school principals.
If you would like to donate to this initiative, please see below accepted school supply items:
- Glue sticks
- Paints and brushes
- Markers
- Coloured pencils and crayons
- Pencils
- Pencil sharpeners
- Erasers
- Sets of rulers
- English-Spanish dictionaries
- Staplers and staples
- Compasses
Items must be in new condition, preferably in original packaging. Drop your donations off at NC’s Be World Ready offices at the Daniel J. Patterson or Welland Campus.
