A February 7 article in the Globe and Mail and Head Topics discussed the new Toronto location of Newmarket brewery, Old Flame.

The article mentions that brewer and owner, Jack Doak, found NC alumnus Scott Pautler (Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program, 2013) through NC’s Brewmaster program, to help perfect his initial recipes.
