As we approach the mid-way point of the fall semester, Health, Wellness and Accessibility Services (HWAS) wants to remind students that they offer a variety of different wellness workshops that aim to support students during their time at Niagara College.
Both virtual and in-person workshops are available to all Niagara College students and run after break week.
For dates, times, details and to register, visit the HWAS website: niagaracollege.ca/hwas/workshops.
