Athletics and Student Engagement is excited to announce the return of Intramural Sports for Niagara College students.

Intramural programs provide an opportunity for students to get active while participating in a variety of recreational sports. They also provide a chance for students to socialize with their classmates in a friendly and inclusive environment, enhancing their college experience.

Intramural sports change from season to season and are scheduled in the afternoon and evenings to ensure that everyone has the best opportunity to participate. Sports include badminton, basketball, cricket, dodgeball, floor hockey, ice hockey, indoor soccer/futsal, and volleyball, with a mix of league, drop-in and pick-up formats.

All leagues are co-ed and are designed for participants of all skill levels. Registration is free for all sports – with the exception of ice hockey (winter term start) – and students may register as a team or as a “free agent” (individual).
