An article posted by The Hamilton Spectator on June 7 features a new cookbook called “Cake & Loaf” from Nickey Miller and Josie Rudderham, who completed the Baker Apprenticeship program at NC in 2004. Miller and Rudderham are the owners of Cake and Loaf Bakery in Hamilton.
