The St. Catharines Standard and the dailies featured a story about chef duo and NC alumni Erica and Josh Karbelnik (Culinary Management co-op, 2011). Erica was recently crowned the winner of Top Chef Canada, and Josh was a finalist in the top four.
The story includes commentary from NC’s Craig Youdale, dean of the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at NC, who says that seeing grads build careers and excel in culinary challenges inspires other students to “dream big.”
