NC’s release about the latest installment of Project Brew was shared by Education News Canada on April 14.
This year, Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management students have created Brewtopia: Brews for a Better Future, featuring 24 capstone beers to showcase their skills and help spread positivity during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Project Brew is the student-run beer festival that happens each term to showcase the work of fourth-term Brewmaster students. With the in-person celebration on hold because of the pandemic, students are selling Brewtopia beer packages, including a 20-pack or four-pack option, with cans that feature a bright rainbow label in keeping with the cheerful theme and spring season.
