NC Teaching Brewery’s Beer 101 Bock picked up a silver at the 2020 Canadian Brewing Awards and Newstalk 610 CKTB’s Noelle Sinclair shared the news, quoting Steve Gill, general manager of NC’s Learning Enterprises, and College brewmaster Jon Downing.
The award is a first for NC’s Beer 101 Bock and came in the competition’s Bock Traditional German Style category.
