On February 20, Newstalk 610 CKTB reported on the latest happenings at Niagara College, including the partnership with one of New Zealand’s top wine schools, the Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT). Graduates from the Winery and Viticulture Technician program are now eligible to complete EIT’s three-year Bachelor of Viticulture and Wine Science in a year and a half.
Reporter Shelby Knox also noted outgoing President Dan Patterson’s farewell celebration, capping off his 25 years with NC. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau wishes Patterson well for his retirement in a special video message aired at the farewell celebration in February.
