A message from Niagara College president Sean Kennedy:
Further to the notice regarding the conclusion of Laurie Richard’s work in the office of the president, I am pleased to announce that Michelle Carile has taken on the role of executive assistant to the president. As many of you know, Michelle and I have worked together since 2011 and I am thrilled that she will continue to provide support to me as I undertake the role of president.
As I believe it is important that I be equally present on both campuses, a new president’s office space has been created at the Welland campus in IC201. Michelle and I will work from this new office in Welland, as well as W210 at the Daniel J. Patterson campus at Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Laurie MacPherson has moved to the International division to begin work as the executive assistant to the senior vice president, International. Laurie is well-known in our College community from her various roles in Corporate Services, Student Services, the President’s Office, and most recently, in the Office of the senior vice president, Academic and Learner Services. Laurie will be located at the Welland campus in S217.
