Niagara College hosted the first Niagara Food & Beverage Innovation Summit in late October, and Food Service and Hospitality wrote about the event’s success.
The one day event brought together big names in food and beverage, and included keynote speakers, panel presentations, interactive sessions, we well as lab tours at the CFWI Innovation Centre and NC’s Teaching Winery and Teaching Brewery. The summit “explored trendsetting concepts and forecasted trends,” including prospects for cannabis and cannabis edibles.
