On Nov. 12, NC vice-president, Research, Innovation and Strategic Initiatives, spoke with Newstalk 610 CKTB‘s Matt Holmes about NC being named number one in the top 50 research colleges in a report by Research Infosource Inc.
Nantel credits the Colleges many partnerships with industry – helping them reach their goals, such as developing new products and processes – and involving students and faculty expertise, and in some cases, other post-secondary institutions. Nantel also discusses how students benefit from hands-on research experience working with industry, and the fantastic job preparation our students have access to.
