St. Catharines Standard: High school students showcase skills at Niagara College

The St. Catharines Standard and their affiliate papers (The Niagara Falls Review and The Welland Tribune), covered the District School Board of Niagara’s annual skills competition hosted at Niagara College on Feb. 27. Over 300 high school students put their skills to the test at both the Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake campuses in fields including automotive technology, to computer coding and advanced manufacturing to hairstyling, floral design, baking and more.

The article highlights the innovative, industry-standard environment that students have access to at NC with a focus on NC’s School of Trades.
