You can now order your double-double, honey crullers, breakfast sandwiches and anything else on the Tim Hortons menu at the NC Welland campus location using the app. Better yet, you won’t have to wait in line.

“We’re excited about launching this tool at Niagara College. I’m sure students, staff and faculty will love the service and appreciate the convenience,” said Maggie Bartold, general manager, Compass Group Canada.

You can download the Tim Hortons app from the App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading, set up your account and payment information. You will then be able to select the NC Welland campus on the map and place your order for take out. Make your way to the pick-up spot at the end of the counter and your order will be ready upon arrival. You can also save your favourites for quick reordering.

The Tim Hortons app will be available soon at the Niagara-on-the-Lake campus – stay tuned.

How do I install and use the app?

• Download the Tim Hortons App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Setup your account and payment information
• Click on the app and, select Niagara College Canada – Welland Campus on the map by zooming in or out on the map. Tap the checkmark on the Niagara College Canada pin
• Place your order
• Confirm location
• Select Take Out
• Your order will now be place and prepared. It will be ready for you when you arrive.

Where do I pick up my order?

There is a dedicated pick-up line at the end of the cash counter

How do I know which one is my order?

Your order will be ready once you arrive at the pick up spot. Your name receipt will be with the order.

Do I need to line up?

Online ordering is a quick process and no lineups are expected

Can I cancel my order once I send it?

No, once the order is processed, it will be completed as ordered

Can I order from the full menu?

Yes.  There are numerous category options with sub-categories that allow you to make the preferred choice.

If my order is incorrect can I get my money back?

No however he associates will make you the correct order, plus you will receive a voucher for a free coffee with your next order.

Does the app work for the NOTL campus location?

At the moment, the app is only available for the Welland Campus location. We are working on the implementation of the app at the NOTL campus.
