CHCH interviewed Niagara College alumni couple and culinary duo Erica and Josh Karbelnik (Culinary Management (Co-op), 2011), who returned to campus on Feb. 12 to headline a Chef’s Signature Series dinner at Benchmark Restaurant.
The segment follows the Karbelniks in NC’s teaching kitchen as they worked alongside culinary students to prepare the pre-Valentine’s Day dinner, reflecting on their own time as students in the program. Now owners of Karbs Catering and former competitors on Top Chef Canada, the pair shared insights from their culinary journey and professional experiences.
