Benchmark unveils winter menu

Benchmark Restaurant is ready to turn up the heat this season with the debut of its highly anticipated winter menu.

The new menu will roll out on January 13, offering selection of seasonal dishes sure to delight the palates of the College community and public alike.

Guests can opt for a three-course prix-fixe menu ($55), featuring a curated selection of appetizers, mains or pastas, and desserts. A variety of à la carte options are also available.

Located at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Benchmark’s leadership team includes celebrated chef Justin Downes (also a College alumnus) who oversees ‘back of house,’ while Victor Oliveira (Manager, Catering and Special Events) runs ‘front of house’ operations.

The teaching restaurant offers real-world, hands-on experience to students from NC’s culinary and hospitality programs within its trailblazing School of Culinary Arts, and School of Hospitality and Tourism.

Visit Tuesday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. (last seating:1:30 p.m.)

Reservations are available via OpenTable and walk-ins are welcome.
