Website Hotel Management announced that NC alumnus, Chef Tushar Kandalgaonkar (Culinary Management (Co-op) program, 2012) was appointed as the new chef de cuisine at Amaya, the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, San Diego resort’s restaurant.
