NC’s executive team has approved an extended holiday closure for 2025, providing a break for all employees as a challenging year comes to a close.

For the 2025 holiday season, the College will be closed from December 24 to January 4 inclusive, with normal operations resuming on Monday, January 5.

Employees whose positions require them to be on duty December 24 or January 2 will receive a full day in lieu, to be scheduled in consultation with their supervisor.

Please ensure any vacation time booked for December 24 and/or January 2 is cancelled by your departmental administrative assistant – or contact Human Resources with any questions at [email protected].
