Spring Convocation is the highlight of the academic year at Niagara College. This year, more than 3,700 students will receive diplomas, degrees and certificates as the College celebrates its 2018 Spring Convocation Ceremonies, from June 19 to 22, at the Welland Campus.
Please note the following closures and revised schedules will be in place at the Welland Campus to accommodate Spring Convocation.
Parking
Parking lots A ,B and C will not be available to staff from June 19 -22, as they will be reserved for Spring Convocation parking.

Gym
The Welland Campus gym will be closed from June 19 to 22 to accommodate convocation.
Enrolment Services
Enrolment Services staff members from the Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake campuses will be dedicated to Spring Convocation duties from June 19 to June 22. The Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus Enrolment Services office will be closed during this time, while the Welland Campus office (Room SE106) will remain open, with limited service.

Library / Learning Commons
Receptions will be held in the Learning Commons following each convocation ceremony. Please note that the library will remain open for regular hours during convocation week.
The Core / The Shack
The Core will be closed during convocation.
The Shack will be open but closed intermittently, for about 45-minute intervals, during the convocation processions.
Food services
Convocation ceremonies will not impact food services.
