Globe and Mail: DJ makes music with sounds from NC Teaching Winery

The Globe and Mail released a profile on Johnny Reyes, an electronic music producer and DJ from California who recently spent time with Ontario winemakers to capture sounds from 192 different sounds from Niagara wineries, including NC’s Teaching Winery.

The article mentions he recorded the heartbeat and other biometrics from Tawse Winery winemaker an NC alumna Jessica Otting (Winery & Viticulture Technician program, 2011) as she sipped and swallowed one of her wines.
