In 2023, NC officially launched its Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Blueprint to help guide the College’s continuous efforts in support of a learning environment and workplace that is respectful, inclusive, and welcoming for all.
Since then, various departments across NC have engaged in collaborative work to advance the goals and actions outlined in the EDI Blueprint, including the Libraries and Learning Commons who have recently updated NC’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Sources guide.
The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Sources guide serves as a starting point for researching and learning about EDI topics for staff and students. The guide highlights a selection of EDI resources, including books, ebooks, and streaming videos, available through Niagara College Libraries and Learning Commons and was put together with the assistance of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Niagara College.
