The Niagara Independent reported on the NC Knights men’s and women’s volleyball and basketball teams ahead of the holiday break.
Highlights include:
- The Knights women’s basketball team leading the way at (8-1) on the season entering the holiday break
- A very impressive start for the lady Knights as rookie head coach Kimbal Mackenzie – a member of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) Champion Niagara River Lions – has to be happy with his team’s current five-game win streak.
- Niagara’s Men’s Basketball team sits at (4-6) but is coming off a 96-75 victory over Fanshawe to close out the calendar year.
- In volleyball, the Knights’ Women’s team is (7-4) and finished 2024 on a modest two-game win streak.
- Knights men’s volleyball team enter 2025 at (6-5).
