La Voce di ALBA published an article announcing the graduation of 11 NC Culinary Arts students on Friday, October 25. Guided by two Chef Professors, these students completed the autumn session of the international Ancient Grains course at Alba Accademia Alberghiera in Italy, a branch of Apro Formazione specializing in tourism, food, and wine.
